Sika was the sole counsellor for the nation’s leading international school (Ghana International School), where she worked for 13 years and set up the school’s counselling and career development center.

Self-Search was the sole organisation that received Ghana Education Service approval for six years running to provide career services in senior high schools in 10 regions of Ghana to support students in finding themselves and making informed educational and career-related decisions.
