Sika Twum

Lead Coach

Some adjectives that best describe Sika are passionate, people-oriented, positive, and poised. Sika is a master at disrupting old practises and igniting the potential of people to create new possibilities for their lives.

As a seasoned transformational leadership coach, trainer, facilitator, career coach, and speaker with a combination of over 30 years of professional experience, she has supported CEOs, managers, and leaders in both the private and public sectors to ignite their potential, self-actualize, and maximise their performance in varied areas of their lives.

The success of her work is measured in the results and value addition she gives to the clients she engages in coaching, training, or career service provision. She is not afraid to question or challenge the validity of her clients’ assumptions about themselves, others, or life, which have become a glass ceiling for them to create the life they want.

She holds possibility for her clients, even when they are not feeling any, and uses that to support them by helping them reframe what is happening in their lives in a reassuring and supportive context.

She partners with them to create extraordinary results and manifest their potentials through the facilitation of deep transformative work that produces tangible and rewarding results.

As the Coach for MTN Women in Technology, ABSA Bank Women in Leadership, Barry Callebaut, and Cargil Ghana, to name a few, Sika has helped her clients, both male and female, to access their authentic confidence, gain self-love, find their voice and visibility, step into their zone of greatness, and create pathways that anchor their impact, success, influence, and fulfillment. She gets her clients to dive deep into themselves and navigate difficult conversations in order to become their best selves.

She is the creator of the life-transforming personal development luxury coaching package “Becoming My Best Self,” which consists of seven powerful modules for smart, successful women between the ages of 45 and 65. The modules are: releasing my fears, loving myself, embodying authentic confidence, owning my voice and visibility, connecting to co-create, stepping into my purpose contribution, and flying at maximum 5.

She is described as “the difference that makes the difference in coaching, training, and facilitation.”

She has created positive shifts in the lives of people and organisations in various countries within Africa, Europe, Asia, and the United States of America.

She brings into her coaching, training, and facilitation practise her authentic self and extensive rich experience—a hybrid of skills and competencies drawn from her background in psychology, counselling, education, and human resource management as well as John Maxwell Coaching practices, Feminine Power principles, practices, and methodology, Ryan Eliason’s Visionary Business School’s revolutionary approach to business, and her experiences as a Ken Blanchard Trainer.
